1. Hygiene & Quality Statement

At Mayur Creation, we craft premium 100% human Remy hair extensions and bridal accessories. Because hair extensions are classified as sanitary hygiene products under health laws, we prioritize consumer safety above all.

To maintain absolute safety standards, we enforce strict return conditions on all extensions, wigs, and natural toppers. We request that you inspect product color and texture through the clear window panel of our premium packaging before opening the security seal.

2. Eligibility & Windows

We accept return requests under the following windows and rules:

  • Bridal Styling Pins & Hair Machinery: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and kept in original cardboard boxes.
  • Remy Hair Extensions & Wigs: Eligible for return only if the security tag seal is unbroken and the hair bundle has NOT been combed, washed, worn, or separated from its binder.
Zero Tolerance Hygiene Breach: If a returned hair bundle shows signs of wash, brush, custom dye, or missing gold security rings, the return is immediately rejected and sent back to the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly excluded from returns and refunds:

  • Custom-dyed or tailored-length hair extensions ordered via salon consultation.
  • Items bought during clearance warehouse sales.
  • Worn wigs or styling toppers due to health regulations.
  • Products returned without original receipt records.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

If your item satisfies our return standards, follow these guidelines:

Step 1: Submit Request

Email us at info@mayurcreation.com with your order number and photos of the unopened product seal.

Step 2: Verification

Our customer success desk will review the photographs and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket within 24 hours.

Step 3: Ship Back

Pack the item securely and ship it to our Mumbai head office. Share tracking details with our team.

5. Inspection & Video Logging

Once your return parcel arrives at our facility in Santacruz West, Mumbai, our quality assurance team logs and inspects it. To prevent disputes and fraud:

  • We film the package unboxing process on high-definition video.
  • The verification team inspects structural bundle health and checks the serial numbers of our custom seals under high lighting.
  • An approval or rejection ticket is generated within 48 hours of parcel arrival.

6. Refund Processing & Source Timelines

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. We route the refund directly to your original payment source:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refund reflected within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank node.
  • UPI & Netbanking: Refund reflected within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Wallets: Transferred instantly.

You will receive an automated email confirmation from Mayur Creation and our payment gateway (Razorpay) as soon as the amount is credited.

Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately and processed through Razorpay. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your card statement, or 2-4 days for UPI/Netbanking, depending on your bank's clearing cycles.
We inspect all luxury hair products before shipping to ensure perfect quality. If your product is damaged during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged shipping box.
Return shipping fees are covered by the customer. If we sent you an incorrect item or a verified manufacturing defect, we will arrange for a courier pick-up from your address free of charge.
